Straight back where we belong...---
So in two days, I start my Junior year in high school. Hooooly crap. I've only got two years left, and the majority of my friends only have one year left. I can't believe how fast the last three years have gone by. It seems like just yesterday I was a geeky little thirteen year old back in 8th grade, helping my friends with Pre-Algebra homework.
Now here we are, [semi] sweet sixteen; we've got our driver's licences, most of us have jobs, and it's safe to say that we've gone our separate ways for the most part. Granted, a couple of the girls in my circle of friends I've had since elementary and middle school still talk to each other, and I couldn't be more thankful for that, but it seems like we're growing apart more and more every day. Our interests differ and conflict, we find different friends and boyfriends along the roads we travel, and ultimately, we stop talking to each other. It's depressing.
But enough of the reminiscing, I'm not going to reduce myself to tears today. I'm going to enjoy the last two days of summer while I can.

Tonight I'm going to go see Inglourious Basterds with a few friends of mine [Jordan, Garret, & C.P.] in the city. I actually get to drive in the city; funnnn. Interstate: watch out, haha.
And yes, Steph: BEAR JEW!
I'm just glad to get out of my house, honestly. My dad's girlfriend has been coming over here constantly, and I'm getting kind of sick of her. I mean, she's nice and all, it's just that I could use a break.

I'm definitely not ready for school to start again. I go back on Tuesday, and our first football game is on Friday; I DON'T HAVE MY CHEER UNIFORM YET AND I'M FREAKING OUT NOW BECAUSE I JUST REALIZED THAT I DON'T HAVE IT HOLY SHIT. UGHHH. My coach is gonna kill me...
